Two paralegals from Midlands-based Law firm Enoch Evans successfully pass their CILEX exam. Paralegals Lucy Wheaver and Daniel Gaffey have recently passed their CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) exams successfully.

The CILEX qualification has been trusted as a badge of quality and brilliance for over 50 years. Corporate Paralegal Lucy Wheaver passed her final exam which means after 12 months of work experience, she will become a qualified Chartered Legal Executive. Advanced Paralegal Daniel Gaffey who works in the Residential Conveyancing department has passed his first set of exams.

Managing partner of the firm, David Evans said: “These successes are really great for both Lucy and Dan as well as Enoch Evans. Whilst both have received support from us, I do not want to take away from them both how difficult passing exams at that level is whilst having a full-time day job at which they work very hard”.

A firm-wide communication was sent by David Evans congratulating them: “I am sure that you will all want to join me in congratulating Lucy Wheaver and Daniel Gaffey on their recent exam successes. Congratulations to both of you – extremely well done.” Both Lucy and Daniel are delighted with their recent exam success as they both smile at their photo.

When asked about this particular route to becoming a Solicitor Lucy said: “The firm has helped me with any questions I have had, and any support needed to do my exams. I am really pleased to take on this route as it’s involved working alongside studying for 3 years so I have also gained 3 years’ worth of work experience”.
