SPONSOR ANNOUNCED FOR BUSINESS IN THE COMMUNITY AWARD

The Black Country Chamber of Commerce have today announced the next sponsor in this year’s annual Chamber business awards.

Thomas Dudley Ltd, the 102-year-old family run company incorporating a number of businesses that focus on designing, developing, manufacturing and selling specific products for the bathroom industry, are to sponsor the award for the business which has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting the community through schemes or activities and has made a positive difference to the lives of others.

Chairman Martin Dudley said, “Thomas Dudley Ltd are proud sponsors of the business commitment to the community award. In the current challenging times businesses that are focussed on supporting the local community can make a significant difference to peoples' lives.”

Now in their 21st year, the awards will once again reflect the challenges and opportunities of Covid-19, with a host of new categories reflecting the changing economic climate and a programme that has rapidly been established as a mark of quality for the region’s businesses.

The awards will also shine a spotlight on individual businesses and people working in vital parts of the region’s economy whilst championing innovation, collaboration, and outstanding practices, which puts the Black Country on the map.

The Black Country Chamber Business Awards, delivered by the region’s longest established business support organisation will be supported by a judging panel of industry representatives along with a distinguished list of business sponsors.

The Awards will culminate in a spectacular live evening event of celebration at Wolverhampton Racecourse on 16th September heralding a full fanfare return for the prestigious event following its virtual and hybrid delivery over the last two years.
