Success for Team Coinadrink at the Vendies Awards 2023!

Black Country vending operator Coinadrink Limited scooped "Best Overall Operator" at the ceremony, as well as one more award and then commendations in a further two categories!

West Midlands vending machine operator Coinadrink Limited scooped two awards and were highly commended in a further two at the Vendies Awards 2023.

The Vendies Awards are an annual celebration of the suppliers, operators and individual personnel that make formulate the vending industry.

Hosted at the prestigious Connaught Rooms in London, Managing Director Tom Williams travelled down alongside Sales and Customer Care Manager Esther Ladbury and Customer Support and Development Team Leader Julie Jones.

And it was a very worthwhile trip!

Of the five categories we entered, Coinadrink was at least highly commended in four of them. Perhaps the most exciting of these was winning “Best Overall Operator”, which celebrates companies that prioritise quality, customer service, and an obvious commitment to keep pushing the industry forward.

Collecting this award was naturally a huge honour for us and represents a step forward for the business having been “highly commended” in this category in the 2022 awards.

We were also highly commended as “Best Regional Operator”.

Elsewhere, Mike Powell won the award for “Best Service Engineer”. Mike has been a highly regarded member of Team Coinadrink for 20 years now and during that time he has attended customer service calls with complete professionalism and a very impressive first-time fix rate.

Finally, our Customer Support and Development Team Leader Julie Jones was recognised for her hard work in the newly formed “Woman of the Year” category.

Our Sales and Marketing Manager Esther Ladbury was also nominated for this award.

Both team members work tirelessly in line with our vision and values, providing excellent service and support to our vending and refreshment customers. The pair have each been rewarded with internal promotions in the past 12 months.

We are very proud of our success at the Vendies Awards 2023. A big thank you to the judging panel who recognised our hard work.

It was a pleasure to attend such a prestigious event, filled with a variety of companies and individuals who are as passionate about the vending industry as we are.
