Top Midlands law firm Thursfields Solicitors has promoted 12 lawyers in recognition of their skills, hard work and client focus in the past year.

Key promotions are Stewart Coles, Louise Jones and Laura Williams, who have all become directors in the firm’s Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family departments respectively, and Harbinder Gosal, who is now an associate director in the Family department.

“Stewart is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with specific expertise in healthcare and pensions.

“He is well-known by agents and surveyors in the Black Country and his customer repeat business reflects his commitment to client service.

“Louise is well-regarded in residential property law and clients often feedback on her ‘can do’ attitude and drive to get the transaction through.

“Laura is well-known and highly regarded for her family law expertise in the Worcestershire market. “She leads a team, and colleagues value her positivity, collaboration and innovation.

“Harbinder is a highly experienced family lawyer with specific focus on finances and children, and she has built a strong key referrer network in the Midlands.

“Colleagues value her empathy, commitment to clients and her strong team-based ethos.” Other promotions include three lawyers who have become senior associates, and five who have become associates.
