We are thrilled to have been awarded the Investors in People ‘We invest in people’ silver accreditation.

Having gained our original IIP standard accreditation back in March 2020, we are delighted to have achieved a higher level of recognition for the hard work of everyone within the business.

We were assessed against a framework of criteria to evaluate the way we lead, inspire and empower our employees through performance management and recognition.

The success of Control Energy Costs begins and ends with people. Recognising and rewarding high performance delivers a better service for our clients, which ultimately leads to a stronger, healthier and happier society.
