Employees recognised for their hard in work in 2022

Daniel-Scott Recruitment Ltd are celebrating success.

So at the beginning of 2023, the staff that are already working hard, were recognised with an annual award/trophy in recognition of their hard work.

Becky Kells - Snr Consultant was crowned 2022 Employee of the year and Daniel Cashmore was given "Rising Star of the year" award.

Becky Kells has worked in recruitment for over 5 years, and worked with Daniel-Scott Recruitment Ltd business owner Lucy Cashmore previously, so was more than happy to take the leap to join her again when the opportunity arose.

Daniel Cashmore is the business's newest staff member, and whilst is currently a trainee consultant, he is well on the way to passing his probationary period.

Lucy said "it is important that positivity and success is celebrated, along with recognition for hard work and dedication. Its not always about "money in the hand" but instead taking the time to get to know what motivates staff."

For instance, Christmas bonus 2022, the staff were rewarded with significant presents that they wanted. This ranged from GHD hair straighteners & hair dryers to 32inch smart TV's.

They are also given a level of flexibility in terms of working hours. - paid time off for assemblies, plays, parents days, child sickness as well as being paid if they are off sick themselves. - feeling that is is important to treat people as humans that live for more than just work.

Lucy said "the first 2 1/2 years trading has exceeded all my expectations from when I first started the business, but 2023 is the year of growth and development, we will be increasing staff within the business, both experienced and trainees, and to do this right, we need to ensure we can offer flexibility, positivity, motivation and career development."
