The School of Management and Inclusive Leadership at Sandwell College has a strong reputation for delivering high quality, fully online Management and Leadership Programmes, featuring ‘real-time’ interactive classes with on-demand online learning materials available 24/7.

Over 91% of learners who studied with The Professions Academy last year achieved their qualifications in full! The School of Management and Inclusive Leadership now delivers ‘Flexi-Study’ courses in Management and Leadership out of its new premises at Bennetts Hill in Birmingham City Centre. Flexi-Study courses combine one day a month of face-to-face classroom teaching with independent distance learning and support from a dedicated tutor able to offer learners online support throughout their studies. Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualifications will inspire you to become a skilled, confident and successful manager and leader.
